RECIPE: Roasted Vegetables 1) Variety of Cut Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, squash, zucchini, onions, peppers, beans, asparagus, etc.) 2) Drizzle with Olive Oil 3) Sprinkle Mooliciously Good Rub lightly coating all vegetables. 4) Toss veggies, spread on baking sheet and roast in a 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes, depending on vegetables used.
